Watch live how the noodles are made or stretched to perfection. You can have your meals above ground at this tower with a splendid view if facing the beach front.
Food wise, it depends on your taste as the soup is heavy on the spices and definitely different from what they are used to in terms of local noodle soup. Portion is good but on the pricey side.

5. Fast food restaurants

This fast food have a branch at Teluk Cempedak Beach. It is Mc Donalds, KFC, A&W and SUBWAY. This food already made. It is easy to order and pick up. Mc Donalds also have a drive through. Its make a customer much easier to order without get out of the car.

1.Monkey

You will discover many huge stones as you walk towards this beach. Most interestingly, the monkeys here are the common sights of the local people and foreign tourists to view at. However, the general public is free to feed them.

Here are also many street singers who entertain local visitors and tourists with their singing and musical instruments. Visitors can place their sincere money in the containers provided by these street singers to help them earn side income.

3. Cartoon mascots

In addition, there are cartoon mascots for entertainment and as an attraction for children and the general public. They not only wear them, but they entertain visitors like dancing. So, they can earn they side income through the costume that their wearing.

Next, balloon city is entertainment for children. However, it needs to be monitored by parents. Payment is charged RM5 per child. City balloon is a visitor for children to come to Teluk Cempedak Beach.

5. Fire show

This is the latest attraction at Teluk Cempedak. The song ‘Believer’ by Imagine Dragons filled the air at the Teluk Chempedak Beach here as swirls of flames lit up the night. The crowd, gathered around a group of four men, cheered them on as they ‘played’ with the fire to the tune of the music. Visitors can place their sincere money in the containers provided by these fire show's man to help them earn side income.

6. Uptown Teluk Cempedak

Uptown Teluk Cempedak is also a tourist attraction to come here. It is a visitor attraction as there are various of vendors. Visitors can find souvenirs at vendors here. It is often open from 12pm - 4am. There are more than 30 vendors there.

Toilet facility is provided for your convenience after your time at the beach. If you need to fill your empty stomach, there are many food stalls that serve a variety of food and beverages.

Surau is also available for people who are Muslims to worship.

Then, the restaurants are opened until after midnight during the weekends. McDonald and KFC restaurant are just located by beach. The 24-hour convenience store 7-Eleven is also located nearby.

Introduction of Teluk Cempedak Beach


Teluk Cempedak or Teluk Chempedak (literally : Cempedak Bay) also known as Palm Beach is a beach in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.

Teluk Cempedak Beach

Teluk Chempedak beach is approximately 5km away from the town of Kuantan. If you are coming from the town centre, go towards the east direction to Jalan Teluk Sisik. Go all the way to the end and you will reach Jalan Teluk Chempedak.

You will reach a dead end where McDonald, KFC and Hyatt Regency Hotel are located. Park your car and walk towards the beach.

This is one of the main beach that locals go to during the weekends and after office hours to unwind and for a time of leisure with family members. This beach is an enclosed bay and is a good place for water sports activities such as swimming, jet-skiing, surfing or sun-bathe.

Kite flying during the windy days is a definite thing to do for children of all ages. During the monsoon season from November to March, do be careful with the sea as the waves can be quite rough. Hence, it is not recommended for you to swim here during this time.

A platform was recently constructed from Cempedak Beach to another beach. You will discover many huge stones as you walk towards this beach. 

The sand here is darker in colour compared to the sand at Cempedak Beach. Notice the wild life such as monitor lizards and the macaques monkeys as you stroll along the forest. Enjoy the scenic view of the beaches from the platform. You will see more monkeys here as you walk towards the end of the platform.

In this video, we as a group went to Teluk Chempedak Beach, Kuantan to promote the beautiful nature that we have in Kuantan to local people and tourist. We can see many attractions at Teluk Chempedak Beach, Kuantan such as mini stalls opened along the beach with various types of products, buskers who came to entertain local people and tourists with their music instrument and singing. Also we can get to use the facilities that have been provided there. One of our interpreter also get to interview some of the local people who came to Teluk Chempedak Beach, Kuantan.
